- Medical/Prescription Drug/Dental/Vision Coverage
All of our benefit programs provide the flexibility to go either in-network or out-of-network for coverage. Coverage is available to employees and their eligible dependents including domestic partners.
- Retirement Plans
We offer all employees both a defined benefit and a defined contribution retirement plan. Permanent and full-time employees are required to contribute a percentage of their salaries towards the tax-deferred New York State Retirement Plan. In addition, the New York State Deferred Compensation Plan, a 457 (b) Plan, allows you to deduct up to the IRS contribution limits from your paycheck each pay period.
- Flexible Spending Accounts
We offer both the health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts. These accounts provide a means to set aside up to $2,500 in the health care flexible spending account and $5,000 in the dependent care flexible spending account annually on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible health care expenses as well as dependent care expenses.
- Vacation & Holidays
We offer a generous vacation policy in addition to 12 holidays a year.

The EAP is an employer sponsored program that provides free confidential counseling services to employees and their covered dependents.
