Stroke Support Group: Food shopping and label reading  

This support group provides stroke survivors and their caregivers an opportunity to meet others with similar challenges and experiences, to help problem solve, learn about stroke and recovery issues, share ideas and friendship—as well as lifestyle changes that reduce the risk of strokes and promote a healthy life. The next Stroke Support Group will be April 23.
