Information for Visitors

Basic Rules and Guidelines

Visits from family and friends bring smiles to our young patients and help them to recover more quickly. We encourage you to visit as much as possible and ask that you help us maintain a healthy and safe environment by observing our visitation hours and policies for ensuring the health and safety of our patients and our guests.

Visiting Hours:
Parents may visit or stay with their children 24 hours a day, but general visiting hours for siblings and other visitors are generally between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m.  Parents have discretion to determine who may visit their child and when, and to decide how long they may stay.

The health of our patients is paramount, so please be sure you call ahead before visiting in case there are any concerns that need to be addressed. It is very important that any visitors who are not feeling well postpone their plans.

If you plan to bring younger children to visit, please be sure you supervise them at all times. The playrooms are for patient use only due to infection control needs. Please help us in making sure that visiting children do not use these areas.
