Balance Center Medical Director
Katrina R. Stidham, M.D. 
The Balance Center at Westchester Medical Center is directed by Katrina R. Stidham, M.D., a neurotologist and skull base surgeon with an extensive background in evaluating and managing dizziness and balance problems. A graduate of the Duke University School of Medicine, Dr. Stidham completed her residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Stanford University Hospital and a fellowship in Neurotology/Skull Base Surgery at the California Ear Institute at Stanford.

Amanda Muldoon, Au.D. Clinical Director
Amanda Muldoon has specialized in vestibular diagnostics most of her career. She received her Master's degree from SUNY New Paltz in 2002 and has subsequently completed her Doctor of Audiology from Salus University. Her experience, confidence and easy going manner provide a diagnostic evaluation that is patient oriented.
Suzanne Lasseter, P.T. Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapist
Suzanne Lasseter is a Physical Therapist that specializes in Vestibular/Balance Rehabilitation Therapy. She completed her Physical Therapy degree at SUNY Stony Brook in 1997. Extensive post-graduate coursework has focused on vestibular and balance therapy. She has been involved in treating dizzy/balance patients within Westchester County for the last decade.
Cheryl Cosby Balance Center Coordinator
Cheryl Cosby has been with the Balance Center at Westchester Medical Center since 2007. She comes to us with an extensive managerial background within healthcare. She is committed to assuring each Balance Center patient's experience is comfortable and efficient.
