Cardiology Specialties

Westchester Heart & Vascular's cardiology practice is nationally ranked and is one of the best in the region for cardiology. We are home to a specialized coronary care unit, a dedicated cardiology unit, a state-of-the-art cardiac diagnostic center and one of the region's leading cardiac catheterization labs, performing more than 5,000 diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and more than 1,600 angioplasty and coronary stent procedures annually.

Cardiothoracic Surgery

Our cardiothoracic program is home to internationally recognized cardiothoracic surgeons who have pioneered surgical procedures employed at hospitals in the United States and abroad. Our surgeons provide a range of services from minimally invasive procedures to complex cardiothoracic surgeries, such as mitral valve repair, coronary bypass, implantation of heart assist devices, heart transplantation, surgical procedures to treat aortic disease, lobectomies, as well as a range of mediastinal procedures.

Vascular Surgery

Our renowned vascular surgeons perform more than 700 major vascular reconstructions annually, utilizing the most advanced techniques. They are actively involved in research, development and innovation of new techniques and best practices in the treatment and management of conditions such as high-risk aneurysms, thickening of the carotid artery, renal tumors, ischemia, vascular trauma, and varicose veins.
