What doctor would you recommend? Each of the Divisions of the Department of Medicine can be contacted directly for both inpatient and outpatient patient care matters. Based on your problem, your appointment will be with a specialist who best meets your needs. How can I find out more information about my physician? The easiest way would be to look up your doctor using our Physician Directory.
May I speak to the doctor or technician? A patient care representative can be reached at (914) 493-7667 during the day for the Adult Primary Care Facility and in the evening via answering services at (914) 493-8370. Depending on the nature of your call, you may be able to speak directly to a physician.
How do I refill a prescription? In some instances, it may be possible to have a prescription refill or new prescription called in by one of our physicians. Is there a pharmacy in the building? Yes, the Bradhurst Pharmacy is available in Cedarwood Hall on the floor above the Adult Primary Care Clinics.
How long will my appointment last? Usually a patient's clinic visit can range from 1-2 hours. Our physicians and technical staff take extra care in making sure all of your questions and care needs are met.
Does the Adult Primary Care Center have a program to assist low-income patients? Yes, at the time of your visit, staff will discuss various options with you.

What if I have a problem during the night or on the weekend? Westchester Medical Center is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
