Dr. Paul Eugenio is Board Certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and Internal Medicine. Dr Eugenio graduated Suma Cum Laude from Boston University and received his bachelor's degree in chemistry with a distinction in research. He then received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine Alpha Omega Alpha.
Dr. Eugenio completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Columbia -Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was awarded the "excellence in teaching award," during his training. After residency he completed two Fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at Montefiore Medical Center where he also served as Chief Fellow. During his fellowships, Dr. Eugenio received the Chief Fellow award as well as the James Scheuer Excellence in Teaching Award.
In addition to his clinical experience, Dr. Eugenio has co-authored publications on Cardiac Electrophysiology in peer-reviewed journals such as Pacing & Clinical Electrophysiology. Dr. Eugenio's interests lie in the management of complex arrythymia disorders including atrial fibrillation and ventrical tachycardia, in addition to comprehensive cardiac rhythm device management.
