Overview

Westchester Medical Center's Department of Orthopaedics is a model of excellence in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. Dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized care, our board-certified physicians provide patients with a quality of care that is unsurpassed in the region.

For adults, we manage complex fractures in the multiply injured patient, treat spine trauma and deformities, and provide sports medicine services including arthroscopy, joint replacement and reconstruction, and treatment of musculoskeletal injury and diseases.

Our pediatric orthopaedic physicians work with children presenting with scoliosis (spinal deformities), neuromuscular congenital and development diseases, foot deformities, and hip dysplasia. Our pediatric department provides an array of services designed to address the total care of musculoskeletal problems in children.

As an integral part of the Regional Trauma Center at Westchester Medical Center, our orthopaedic surgeons are available around the clock to treat the most seriously injured adult and child trauma victims.
